Refund & Cancellation Policy

Understanding mesotherapy and dermal fillers with Tatiana Sarmiento– Miami, Florida

We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all participants.

1. Delegate Cancellations

  • Onsite Participants:
    • Before 30 September: 50% refund of the registration fee.
    • After 30 September or no-show: No refund will be issued.
  • Online Participants:
    • Up to 48 hours before the start time: Full refund of the registration fee.
    • Within 48 hours before the start time or no-show: No refund will be issued.

2. Substitutions

  • Delegates may transfer their registration to another eligible participant at no additional cost up to 10 days before the event.
  • Substitutions must be requested in writing via email to customers@hubmeded.com.

3. Event Changes or Cancellations

  • The organizers reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer illness, venue issues, force majeure).
  • In case of full cancellation by the organizers, delegates will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee.
  • The organizers are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by delegates.
  • The organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from changes or cancellation of the event.

4. Online Participants

  • Access credentials for the live-streaming platform are personal and non-transferable.
  • No refunds will be issued once access has been granted unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • All refund or substitution requests must be made in writing via email to customers@hubmeded.com.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request.

6. Acceptance and Governing Law

  • By registering for this event, participants agree to abide by this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • This policy shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
